Ish is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Vibrant. 

With over 15 years of experience in the TV industry, Ish has been a driving force behind some of the UK's most successful entertainment shows. He played a pivotal role in the creative development of Sky's A League of Their Own and helped launch and grow its hit spin-off, A League of Their Own: The Road Trip.

 

He began working on large-scale productions, including Big Brother, Fame Academy and Soccer Aid.

 

He went on to produce the documentary How Video Games Changed the World with Charlie Brooker and later developed the award-winning series Rob vs Romesh.  
Ish's achievements have earned him recognition across the industry, including BAFTA and TRIC awards and nominations for NTA, RTS, Broadcast, and Rose D'Or awards.
